Registration to vote in absentia or via an absentee ballot may be made through the HERO System at https://registration.8990holdings.com/ from 9:00 a.m. of July 28, 2025 until 5:00 p.m. of August 21, 2025.
Beyond this time and date, a stockholder may no longer be allowed to personally participate in the Annual Meeting of the stockholders but may still vote through the Chairman of the meeting as proxy, by submitting a duly accomplished proxy form, on or before August 22, 2025.
