On November 21, 2025, 8990 Holdings Inc. has marked another milestone as they conducted the Deca Homes Cabanatuan groundbreaking located at Brgy. Sta. Arcadia, Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija where the next residential project will take place. In line with the groundbreaking milestone on the same day, 8990 Holdings Inc. has also conducted an office blessing at KM 112 Maharlika Highway Brgy. H Conception, Cabanatuan City.
