On May 27, 2026, 8990 Housing Development Corp has officially launched their latest development for Deca Homes Granada 4PH (Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program) at Brgy Granada, Bacolod City. This affordable housing program is in partnership with Pag-IBIG to house local Filipinos whose monthly income are within the low-income threshold. This partnership further solidifies the company’s mission to house the Filipino people with affordable homes.
