8990 Housing Development Corporation joined the SHDA National Developers Convention 2026, held on September 16 and 17, 2026, at Marquis Events Place in BGC, Taguig City.
With the theme “Elevate,” the convention brought together key leaders and industry stakeholders to promote innovation and collaboration in the Philippine housing sector. Among the participants were 8990 representatives Mariano D. Martinez, Board Adviser, and Atty. Hazel L. Helmuth, General Manager for Legal and Predocs, alongside the 2026 National Officers, Board of Governors, and Advisers.
During the event, Atty. Helmuth shared 8990’s 4PH journey, providing insights into the accreditation process, the importance of working closely with local government partners, and compliance with applicable DHSUD requirements.
